Update on mask wearing after lockdown
For the Local Government Areas (LGAs) that have just come out of lockdown, advice received from Andrew Sly, Assistant Director-General of Sport and Recreation, is that the wearing of masks during a game while on the playing surface of the bowls green is not mandatory and is up to the individual player whether or not to wear a mask while playing.
Full social distancing is to be observed on the green and the club’s Covid Plan for the venue is to be strictly followed on leaving the playing surface of the green.
