Queensland Teams Announced for 2025 Australian Senior Sides Championships
Bowls Queensland is proud to announce the players selected to represent the Sunshine State at the upcoming Australian Senior Sides Championships, taking place at Devonport Country Club in Tasmania from 15–18 November 2025.
After securing the silver medal in 2024, the Queensland Over 60 Women’s Team will be aiming to go one step further this year. Meanwhile, the Men’s Team, who were crowned champions in 2023 and finished third in 2024, are eager to return to the top of the podium.
We are excited to welcome five debutants to the Queensland Over 60s Team in 2025: Lynda Brownen, Wendy Clarke, Geoff Harrison, Peter Hobday and Ashley Van Winkel.
A special thank you to ACEIT for their continued support in providing high-quality representative uniforms for our teams.
