2027 Junior State Championships Heading to Bundaberg
Bowls Queensland is pleased to confirm that the 2027 Junior State Championships will be held in the Bundaberg district from April 4-10, 2027.
Burnett Bowls Club will act as the major host club for the event, with Moore Park Beach Bowls Club and Bargara Bowls Club also supporting as host venues throughout the week.
The Junior State Championships remain one of the most important events on the Bowls Queensland calendar, providing young bowlers from across the state with the opportunity to compete, develop and showcase their skills on one of Queensland’s biggest junior stages.
Following another successful staging of the event in 2026, Bowls Queensland is excited to take the Championships to the Bundaberg district in 2027 and continue building the profile of junior bowls across Queensland.
The event will bring together some of the state’s most promising young talent across multiple disciplines, while also giving players, families and supporters the opportunity to experience the hospitality and facilities of the local host clubs.
Bowls Queensland acknowledges the support of Burnett Bowls Club, Moore Park Beach Bowls Club and Bargara Bowls Club in hosting the 2027 Championships and looks forward to working closely with each venue in the lead-up to the event.
