Happy 100th Birthday to Margaret Bradley
Congratulations to Margaret Bradley from Toombul Bowls Club who recently celebrated her 100th birthday surrounded by loved ones at the club. To help Margaret celebrate, bowlers, friends and family attended her party held after the Margaret Bradley Triples event. Margaret has been a stalwart of the club and has, until recently, been an active (and very good) player. She has held every position in the club, has received the 25-year meritorious award from Bowls Queensland and is well-respected and much-loved by her fellow bowlers. Margaret was a club coach for many years and was also an umpire.

Margaret also organised the rosters for voluntary kitchen work for each Friday night’s kitchen trading and for all of the external catering functions accepted by the Ladies Bowling Club and the board from 1992 to 2010.
She was responsible for setting and maintaining the high standard of hospitality provided at Toombul Bowls functions. Happy 100th Margaret!
