Burnett’s Beanie Night

Burnett Bowls Club Thursday Night Bowlers have been holding a fundraising beanie night every year for the past seven years. Each year, funds raised are donated to a different charity. Recently, we sadly lost one of our members, Duncan Hamilton, who fought a courageous battle against prostate cancer. Duncan was a huge supporter of our Thursday Night bowlers and enjoyed every beanie night we held. This year, we decided that we would hold our first Duncan Hamilton Memorial Beanie Night and all funds raised would be donated to prostate cancer. We raised $2,016.20. Thanks to all members for their support and let’s do it again in 12 months!
