Succession planning is very important to Innisfail Bowls Club, which is renowned for their effective committee of dedicated volunteers who have steered the club to the success it enjoys today.
Reading the August issue of the Bowler are Ladies’ President Diana O’Brien and Helen Paterson who is “learning the ropes” and will probably step up to Diana’s role as she is planning and due a well-deserved retirement from board duties.
